ok back to nanjing day 3 la...so anw.... after 玄武湖, celest and i walked up abit to 湖南路's 狮子桥美食步行街 for lunch.. quite a while ago celest, the future GM in training(GM in the slacking+blogging department) went to this korean restaurant with her company bosses to have dinner and she said it was gd.. so this time round during my trip to nanjing i got to try the ownage korean restaurant..hahaha... reached tt place ard 2pm..way past lunchtime..so there wasnt many ppl ard... ordered the bibimbab thingy(rice cooked in a stone pot) and fried 年糕...
the bibimbab- granted its nt hot temp wise(or mayb its jus tt we dunno how to mix it up or nt sure when its done or smth..) but still taste wise its gooooodddddd..ahaha
年糕was great though!!
after the lunch, walked ard the 食步街... initially wanted to try some 汤包 but abit too full and queue pretty long too...then after tt went to try this store tt has sugar coated fruits... yup.. they coated fruits with a layer of melted sugar coating(it hardens up alr when u buy them). well b4 they sell the stuff to u they usually wrap the stuff up in edible sheet of transparent stuff like those wrapping the melamine filled 白兔糖 tt most children eats...
anw..after lunch and the snack, celest and i are filled with ENERGY!! hahahaha...then we proceeded to the mrt...towards 华iforgot街 and walked towards 雨花台... here's a preview....
